Passing percentage may 2014 final

There is no way I could have failed.No way at all.ICAI has spitted on all my hardwork and made a mockery of a brilliant student like me.If performance in the exams is the criteria then atleast I could have never failed.I know what I wrote.I am waiting for my answersheets to come then I am taking this corrupt & blasted institute to court.This is a wake up call guys.You take action now or you'll end up nowhere.

I too believe that I could not failed in may 2014 exam what I expected was more than 50 in audit but i got 29,  around 60 in account but i got 33 around 45 in law but got 33 around 65 in law but got 59.I think institute has deliberately failed many student like me. In pcc when I failed almost all my centre students was failed  with similar marks.When I passed almost all my centre students was passed with almost similar marks. Strange. Now no student can see result of other student due to pin/registration no. requirement. Well played by ca institute.

When I was in pcc my ITSM sir (who is also paper checker for ipcc and final) always told that when he checked the paper a good percentage of student easily clear the exam but he cant believe when result is declared even 50% student could not clear the exam and he believed that ca institute deliberately reduce the marks while declaring the result. Even few senior ca also told me that it is possible if 80% answer is correct and 80 marks is expected ca institute deliberately reduce the marks to 20.

I too waiting for my answersheets and I am also planing to take ca institute to court.
