Most of us, must have seen others (u and me also ) passing the groups with exactly 50 % or in between 50% to 51 %. , especially in Final .
Have you ever wonder how this happens. i guess nobody must have observed that , why such things happens.
and that too at lagrer level.
Please find out the answer for it, and if anybody knows then please share with others.

I talked about this with a C.A . He replied me that Instititue Spend Money For Checking of copy of only few centre. And rest of centres copy never checked and number given in that centre is only by the staff not from the Examineer. If u wanna like to see reality just visit in the head office and see the reality.
But ??? it is the seondary part only.
what about the primary part ???????????????
is it governed by ICAI act or ICAI regulation ?????
or internal policies and preocedures ???????????
Whats is the basic reason or it ........
I guess ! section 39(2) of CA regulation has something to do with it ........
