passed with exact 150 or 200 or 1-2 marks above ???

Most of us, must have seen others (u and me also ) passing the groups with exactly 50 % or in between 50% to 51 %.   , especially in Final .

Have you ever wonder how this happens. i guess nobody must have observed that , why such things happens.

and that too at lagrer level.

Please find out the answer for it, and if anybody knows then please share with others.

i thing there is somthing special reason for it.
