Pass percentage

Hey, i have cleared both groups (total 434-second attempt). Thanks to relaxation of articles rule (2 yrs for final attempt). Can anybody guide me about GMCS, what is the course all about, whether any prepration required.

I really don't know whether i should give suggestion to anybody, as i'm not from the 'intellectual' group of our profession. I took 3 attempts to cract PE-II and 2 attempts for final. However, i sincerly think that a good subjectwise plan and its proper execution (during those crutial 3 hrs) is very important.

As i didn't had any coaching at both PE-II and final level, i had to rely mainly on theory subjects. It is a widespread misconception among students (spread by coaching class owners) that we cannot score in theory papers. With the experience at both level, I can surely say we can score in theory too.

I will definitely share with you my experience during the preparation time, what difficulties i faced etc.

brother Abhijit, I completely agree with you... in fact what I feel get around 270-275 in audit+clsp+mics+dt & idt..thats averaging 55%.. now you are home.. you have to score bare min.in accts+mafa+cost .. of course this is a poor man's story.. there are definitely more decent ways..

hi abhijit...i failed in pe2 two times (both groups) now totally dejected.dont know what next to do.......switch over to pcc or what???? i feel like a bl**dy looser.....wil not be able to clear pe2 this tym........so decided to shift in pcc if someone has good piece of advice do give...... thank you

hello gaurav...this is praveen i have cleared pe2 in third attempt.so please dont get dejected .immediately do not switch over to pcc as per pcc you need to study an extra subject i.e strategic management & in law you need to study ethics and communication .continue with pe2 .make your study plan in such a way that you have to cover atleast 3 subjects in a day.

Hi, I have qualified in the May 2007. Congratulations to all those cleared and good luck to those who could not.. My sincere advises to the CA Final students are: -plan your studies with the available time and topics to be covered -review the progress of your studies once in a week -select the books and the method of study in advance and don't make any change when the exam in nearby. it will result in a total mess. -be confident allways and go for the exam with a clear and peaceful state of mind. -Try to do a lot of practical questions in Accounts, Costing, Mafa. compilations of RTP and suggested. -theory papers...read..read..better to read 10 the topics 10 times rather than spending time to fill 1 topic to the memory. ultimately..u have to write the exam..your method is more important..but be practical.
