If party says that I doesn't want to deduct tds for my premises rent, how can we deal in this senior.
Share some practical solution. how can we do our work under law without breaching the law.

Do you mean the person you are paying rent to does not want you to do deduct tds?
If yes, request them to provide you with lower deduction certificate it will solve problem for you
If you are using it for business purpose then it's ok
The rent payer has to worry about the non compliance and not the rent receiver
Payer will have to face non compliance consequences like non-deduction of tds as well as 30% the same expenditure is disallowed u/s 40 a.
May be we can try if the amount split between two or three payees, where the amount of payment comes below threshold limit for each person for not subjected to tds..
