Hi All - I am planning to start a partnership firm which is related to services. Is there any restrictions in naming the company. If my business name is ASDF. How it can be named? "ASDF Services" does it enough or it required partnership in end of the name "ASDF Services partnership"?
Or can i use Inc, Pvt ltd, etc.. - please advise.

You cant use inc/pvt ltd as it is not an company.
But you are not required to use partnership so ASDF SERVICES PARTNERSHIP IS OK.
