it's 50 now.... section 11 of 1956 segregated banking 10/ others 20.... now in new act 2013 it is 50.... section 464

I agree with above opinion [pursuant to Section 464 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of Companies (Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014].
