Mr hardik pls refer to ur 1 line of ur querry "Can partnership firm offer only agriculture income?"
if any1 reads it for 1st time then he may think that firm may have other income also...so learn
the art of asking and framing correct question.
Regarding land owned or not income tax is not
concerned but ther should be agriculture activity
as defined under sec2 and as illustrated in many
case laws...eg in raja benoy's cse.....
hope ur doubt is solved now that if it is agriclutral income then its exempted.
