As one of the son among 2 (we have no sisters)can I stop partition deed sales/gifting/will which my parents (both r alive) are going to register it today keeping myself in dark and informing every thing to my brother.?

If it is inherited property, you can raise objection at any time. But if self earned by any of your parents, you can't.
