Where is your firm located.

U R Surely facing a biggest problem.

well, try to boycott that relative of your principle from your circle,

b4 a final discussion with ur CA just have 1 more look at ur work to avoid any mistake.

if all this doesn't work then u should approach ICAI

Get more marks than your pricipal's relative and show your worth to him..........

well,

u r facing the biggest problem during your golden period i.e., articles period.

i will suggest u two options :

1) continue your articles as it is or else

2)take termination and join elsewhere.

making complaint to anybody will not get better results for u,bcoz nobody will consider this as serious problem.

i suggest u to join other firm.

Termination How?

Dear sohrab & others facing similar problems, This is high time that any of the students should complain to ICAI against extracting work hours more than 35 hours per week. Lot of abusal is happening in name of training. IF one complains and takes issue to council, then it will become case law and others will refrain extracting excess work from students. If i were in articleship, i would have definitely taken the issue to council.For this purpose, there is notificiation by icai that severe action will be taken against those who extract more work than the normal 35 hrs.

i think there is a option for you to register a complaint against that particular article. a link or email id is provided in the institute website....

register a complaint with them if ur problem is genuine..

institute is a bit strict in case of dummies now a days so u can expe some action from them..

i also face the same problem friends.but in my case the villain is the principal's son

  lol same prblem in ma office but nt same situation like in shorab's case the other article is his Principal's relative but in ma case pariality is on the bases of gender lol its true!

You can't do anything about that

well i am also facing the similar problem but villian is not an article .....
