Balance amount of 4 lac paid in next few month after that can we avail on service tax credit on 4 lack on same Invoice (xerox copy) ?

right now after 1st july input credit is available on receipt of invoice.

See the sub-rule 7 to Rule 4 of CCR as substitited w.e.f.01-04-2011.
