Part B eway bill - distance upto 50km

if invoice value exceeds 50k then EWB required manadatorily
there is no distance limit

what about in maharashtra limit?

States of west Bengal, Delhi, Tamil nadu & Maharashtra had double the threshold for electronic-way (e-way) bill for intra-state movement of goods to Rs 1 lakh. 
Rest of the other states the threshold limit is 50k

There is no Distance Relaxation In eway bill , it was earlier that upto 10 km u can send your material to Transporter place by Generating A part for further delivery but it increased to 50 km by noti.12/2018.

Distance  clause is 50 kms now for intra state only but not applicable in inter state.

So There is no such rexlation of distance in Eway bill , if consignment value exceed to 50k*, move by Motorised conveyance , eway is mandatory.

Yes agree with Mr Vinod ,...as per Notification 12/2018 CT , the clause of 50km which is within state is to send the goods upto Transporter place without generating part B for further delivery.

but without part-b we can not generat e-way bill error found in part-b than what can i do..

NO... ERROR  IT GENERATE THE UNIQUE CODE , JUST PUT THE TRANSPORTER ID IN B PART , SO THAT THE TRANSPORTER FOR FURTHER DELIVERY CAN UPDATE THE B PART
