Hi , I am not sure, but i applied a logic behind this, so i wrote the myanswer like this.
Statement above is incorrect. 
Because ,a Practicing Chartered Accountant can not unless he surrenders his/her COP join any company as an employee, (I read that somewhere), and also quoted that if he is appointed then, that would be the voilation of rules as per the Chartered Accountant Regulations Act 1988.

I don't know what is the correct one, but let's see, (fingers crossed).
