There exist the system of OMR for our answer sheets and incomplete forms may be cancelled for valuation. As the systems upload the blank in the space left by you, it will not be considered for upliading your marks in database. But first of all you have to enquire the same in the nearest ICAI Chapter and follow the instructions. U may be helped by ICAI in humanity. B'Coz many people have wrogly entered their numbers in the same OMR, and they got releif after confirmation from Chapters.

So plz contact ur branch immediately and follow the procedure.
