Panalty for late payment of tax in gstr 3b

sir I have filed gstr1 and gstr 3b for the month of sep. 2020 to may 2021.
I have paid tax and late fee liability .
now I have to pay panelty for late payment of tax.

I want to know how to calculate such panelty.

or is there any relief for panelty.

please guide me

n offender not paying tax or making short payments must pay a penalty of 10% of the tax amount due subject to a minimum of Rs. 10,000. Consider — in case tax has not been paid or a short payment is made, a minimum penalty of Rs 10,000 has to be paid. The maximum penalty is 10% of the tax unpaid.
