If I have a business of Pan Centre then can I claim a benefit under section 10 i.e Composition Scheme if I have a turnover during preceding Financial Year less than 75 Lacs

no There is restriction under section 10 for the said business. you can not get composition scheme

You cant opt if you are manufacturer of pan masala.

However in case of trader you can opt for composition scheme.

Yes you can opt for composition Scheme since you are a trader only.......
