i have one query.
in case of huf, is it necessary to link it's PAN to adhar number of Huf?.
is there any specific cbdt circular etc. for it ?

Not required.
PAN linking is possible only in case of Individuals, hence non individual entities like HUF, Firm, LLP, Company, AOP, BOI etc. are not required to link PAN with anyone's Aadhar.
