1. My father's PAN number in PAN database online at incometaxefiling website is different from the number on his PHYSICAL Pan Card. What to do about this?
2. My name in the PAN database online of incometaxefiling website is MIS SPELT, but my name is correct on my PHYSICAL Pan Card. What to do about this?

If you are talking about E-Filing acknowledgement... then this cant happen... As ACKNOWLEDGEMENT is generated of that DATA only what you enter in the ITR in the EXCEL format.... I can only recommend to verify the DATA entered in ITR...
& If still in DOUBT check your NAME as entered in the PAN AUTHORITY DATABASE as replied earlier...
