PAN Correction

There is no such rule that NSDL can refuse it. Just go to any NSDL TIN facilitation center and fill in the PAN correction form and submit correct proofs of address and identity. New PAN card will be issued.

THERE IS NO SUCH RULE... U MAY ANYTIME FILLUP AN APPLICATION FORM 49A FOR CORRECTION IN PAN DATA. U HAVE TO ATTACH PROOF OF PAN EARLIER ALLOTTED BY THE I T DEPTT.

Ask them to show the rule where it has been given not to accept the form.

Simply fill up the correction form 49A with pakka proof of both DOB & Name for changes

Name and DOB mismatch with what ?

have not he filed returns after getting PAN? what was his name and DOB in returns?

You can fill online correction form, pay online and take the printout. Sent the printout alongwith your proof for correction to the mentioned addreess (at below of the form).
