Hello all. if we surrender a pan card for closure because we do not want to have it due to low income or some other reason. Will the details of a person get removed if he surrenders a pan card. Can he create another different pan card number after some time.

For Individual assessee option to surrender/cancel Pan card is available only after his/her demise.
Thank you for spending a few minutes of your time. What happens in case where assessee has no income.
For that IT return may not be filed; but cannot surrender PAN.....
Sir... U can surrender the PAN of person..... By writing a letter to respective IT devision or circle......
