In Form 49A pan card, my question is to fill column of Assessing officer (AO Code) how can i fill 4 column plz help me.

Dear hardik
you dont need to fill ao code for yourslf, just fill other details and submit the form to TIN facilitation center and within 15 dys you will get your pan along with a letter mentioning your jurisdiction AO details
