HI FRIENDS

I HAVE GOT MY PAN CARD BUT THE SPELLING OF MY NAME ARE WRONG . WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET IT RECTIFIED ?

WRITE AN APLLICTION TO THE SAME FROM WHICH U GOT PAN CARD......i.e. UTI/NSDL.......... and attached ur receipt with application
