 No, u can not get duplicate copy of PAN Card from any website

You can't get a copy of your PAN Card from I.T. Dept. For a new PAN Card (with existing number) you need to apply with a NSDL TIN-FC. (Visit www.tin-nsdl.com)

You can get a print out of your PAN details from the below mentioned link:

https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/knowpan.do

U can not get a duplicate copy of ur pan card but the details of ur PAN card from incometaxindia.gov.in

I have submitted an application for new PAN Card for my wife on 07.12.2009 through agent. Agent has gave me coupon no. i have tried lots but online for status of card but no result is there. what should i do

No. You can not get the copy of the pan card on line. If you need the duplicate pan card you have file the application (Request For New PAN Card Or / And Changes Or Correction in PAN Data) along with the address proof and identity proof and prescribed amount as fees. It takes a month long time.
