How a foreign resident can apply for pan card

also is it okkay to submit the form no 49A with a foreign address
Dear Robin
you have to fill up Form 49A but in that u just tick his residential status as non-residance. Also any of the indian representative of the Foreign assessee details you have to mention in that form
but what if the person is not having an indian representative.also what if i applied under a foreign resident category.i.e in which the NSDL charges around Rs. 650 for dispatching the Pan card. total Fees is Rs.67+650=Rs. 717/-

It is not a big problem , fill the form & attached with Passport copies along with valid visa
but in the pan card form there is no space provided to fill the details of country name .(the space provided is only upto the state name.
