Kya ek person alag alag state par apne naam par pan card banva skta hai ?

PAN card can be like in the Name Gurpreet Singh which will be of Individual or Properitorship, 

if gurpreet singh is creating HUF then it will be Gurpreet Singh(Karta) which will be of HUF,

If gurpreet singh is establishing partnership businees the PAN will be in the name of Partnership firm not in the name of Gurpreet Singh ...

As per my opinion apne naam par nahi banva sakta ...

No...my question is whether i can make 2 pan card state vise i.e. one in delhi and another is in punjab....so can i make....

No a person can not have two pan cards in any case.

holding two PAN number is against the the law , does'nt matter where from you have applied. you are required to surrendered one of the the PAN otherwise there is a penalty of Rs 10000.

No, Income Tax is Central Government revenue, so u can't apply statewise PAN

Wherever u shift ur residence from one state other state u have to transfer ur PAN

PAN CARD IS ISSUED PERSON WISE NOT STATE WISE....

IT MEANS ONE PERSON CAN HOLD ONLY ONE PAN CARD OTHERWISE HE/SHE IS LIABLE FOR PANELTY

A person can hold only one PAN Card, if he hold more than one PAN Card at a time.He will be punishable as per the Income Tax law.

Change of state does not affect importance of PAN therfore single PAN valid for all financial activities in all over India.
