Pan and aadhar link
For seller of house property PAN and Aadhar cannot be linked bcz of name mismatch.In such a case can a buyer buy that house property of salevaue say 90 lakhs.

Use PAN and deduct tax @ 1% pay tax through 26QB and issue form 16B.

Its not mine.My frnd gng to buy house property whose seller pan and aadhar not linked.My question is without linkng pan with aadhar is it possible to buy or sell any house property
There is no such restriction for buying the property.PAN is sufficient
