One of my friend is applying NEW PAN CARD But he is getting messages    

On verification with PAN database, it appears that PAN has already been issued against Aadhaar quoted in the application form. You are advise to submit application using PAN Change Request form quoting your PAN.

he had not applied PAN CARD if he had applied he wants to know PAN NUMBER 

PLEASE HELP

You may talk on help line number of PAN issuing agency. They will surely provide PAN number .
Then you go for as advised in messages.

I talked with NSDL  and INCOME TAX HELP LINE but all in vein

Hi 

Case has been resolved already recieved the Income Tax official PAN deletion letter, sent to Protean as well on 8th April 2025, still waiting on my PAN to be alloted. While callling them, they have only one answer, escalated and forwarded. Please help if someone knows allotment agency contact number or email id, its being lying at their side from long.
