Name error rectification in Aadhar is possible in 2/3 days, but filling ITR without pan linking is not possible.
Changing Aaddhar name is a must. You may approach nearest Aaddhar updation center in your bank post office or vendor nearby. If mismatch is just minor then you may try linking pan with aaddhar on income tax portal
