companies has to file ITR since the date of incorporation, and get accounts audited every year. get in touch with your CA, and ask for consolidate all old periods in non operation period, and file for all old periods in single return.

unsure that how the MCA will react on filing, coz MCA site needs yearly submission of balance sheet and returns.
