if still not updated then
go to gst.gov.in >>>> services>>>user services>>>>>grievence /complain

then select type
choose option greivence against payment pmt 07

then greivence related to amount debited from bank but ledger not update

then in descripttion box write your problum

and in supporting document upload your challan

and in last BOX disperancy in payments CPIN number of your challan then submit it

Whenever you pay your challan , After payment please download your challan and wait for 5 minutes till system auto return to GST site with confirmation msg. , Using this technique you can pay either on Sunday or Monday it will update.
