which generating gst challan i have paid the amount as cess instead of sgst?
please tell me procedures for correction or refund of the same. ?

No way for correction in Challan. But, You can claim refund for the Wrong payment of CESS amount. Refund can be available only Rs 1000 & Above... Pay actual SGST amount and set off Your return and file...

Yes, refund is possible only at the time of your filing GSTR - 3 return and application for refund on the common portal.

You Can GST Cess Transfer to Actual Head on GST Portal.
