There is a confusion between choosing Padhuka for Ca final FR or MPV sir's book for FR, can you tell me what the difference between the two is? And which one to pick for self study of new syllabus?

From where u r?? Then i can tell anything.. Go for praveen sharma sir fr book and current batch class notes.. If u wish self study
MPV is a proper self study textbook. Padhuka is just a compilation of past exam questions with some explanation thrown in. I would definitely recommend MPV. Top class explanation and plenty of sums.
I can't recommend any thing. I am just a student as you are. But, I have seen, and used both. I felt comfortable with MPV sir s as it's easier to understand the concepts and then you can do the Pm along with it.
In any case, stick to one material...
