Is packing materials can be added to inventory as per Ind AS 2?

Packing material will be part of Selling & Distribution cost.  It will be consumed and not shown in inventory.

Yes... As per Your books of Accounts or maintenance of stock details You can maintain the Packing materials under Stock...
