Building of registered office of family owned business is owned by Unlisted Public Ltd co, whereas Land is owned by one Promoter.
Any impact in accounts - disclosure etc.

should not have any impact unless there is any transaction such as rent paid etc. In that case, it would be a related party transaction and relevant related party disclosures would have to be made.
