There was an outstanding tax for the AY 2022-23. The was ordered in October 2022 and already remitted the tax in November 2022. But the same has been shown as outstanding. A week ago response filed by selecting demand correct. Challan already paid but still is showing as outstanding pending payment. Whether i had to select the option disagree?. How much time required to update the status.?

ONCE YOU SAID DEMAND IS CORRECT AND YOU SUBMITTED CHALLAN DETAILS, SUBMIT RESPONCE BUTTON IS GONE MEANS GAME OVER, CHAPTER CLOSED.
THEY TAKE THERE OWN SWEET TIME TO DISAPEAR FROM OUTSTANDING DEMAND. SOME TIMES IT TAKE 3 MONTHS ALSO.
ONE DISAPEAR YOU WILL FINE IN AIS UNDER REFUNDS AND DEMAND.
