Ab outstanding demand aa rha he vo bi 2010-11 ma RS.3361.
So how it is possible
2018-19 ka intimation me bi koi demand nai he.

Sir return hi 2018-19 se file kiya he to how it is possible.
They consider the income as per 26AS and tax payable..
And they arrive the tax demand after deduction of Tds.
We have come across same issues..

The assesse cannot ask for intimation..
he can only response to the notice or outstanding demand...

In AY it is possible that u had file manual return. Since now all return are transfer to IT system, in many demand is arising. You should apply for computation and intimation u/s 143 through Grivance portal. From this you will find actual reason for demand.
