other state purchase
sir I am composition person as now last week gov. declare new financial year a composition person sale limit increase 40,00,000. so I want to cancel my gst number bcoz I am under of criteria but some accountant saying other state purchase not allow. so plz sir clear me this point also that after cancelation gst number how many return in a year

Dear Manish Limit 40 Lakh is a recommendation not confirmed still
You can purchase from other states in case of Composition dealer
40 lakhs has been approved by Central govt.but State govt has been given option if they want they can keep 20lakh or 40lakh... please wait for respective State notification.
