my query is
I m hotelier and based in Rajasthan
we doing billing and charging sgst & cgst
but the agent was based on Ahmedabad aur any other state who is paying gst to us on billing amount
is the agent is capable to take input of sgst and cgst... because I m confuse if I m not doing any billing for igst then how could be other state registered person take input of gst

In my opinion CgSt n sgst is not available to other state.
