I AM SCIENCE STUDENT.

I AM GOING TO GIVE CPT EXAM IN DEC-2010

I AM NOW READING THE STUDY MATERIALS GIVEN BY THE "ICAI". BUT I FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO READ AS MY FUNDAMENTALS ARE NOT STRONG [SPECIALLY ACCOUNTING].

CAN ANYBODY SUGGEST ME ANY OTHER BOOKS NAME[FOR ACCOUNTING] THAT WOULD BE EASY FOR ME TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FUNDAMENTALS...

Accounts material by icai is enough for cpt but if you want more try

Fundamentals of accounting by PC tulsian in CPT series(tata mc grawhill). That book was really awesome.

but can u suggest me which book should i refer to clear my fundamentals about accounting..

and i know materials by icai is enough for clearing cpt. but it want to clear my fundamentals.

i only want to clear my fundamentals. should i refer class-11 & class-12 ncert books to clear my fundamentals about accounting??

u can refr 11th -12th espesioly 11th....

That book contains everything from fundamentals. you can also refer 11th,12th standard books

Comprehensive accounts for Class XI and XII by S A Siddiqui, A S Siddiqui Laxmi Publication...take a sneak preview on google books and you would know why rest of the books is just out of league when it comes to teaching basics.
