Under section 143(1) Intimation is issued to the Assessee about the Processing of his return. It is not any Order but just an Intimation about the processing of their return, the marching of deduction claimed and Actual deduction allowed the Tds claim, matching information with 26 AS etc.
Income tax department carries out a preliminary assessment of all the returns filed and intimate taxpayers the result of such preliminary assessment. Such intimation to the taxpayers post preliminary assessment is called intimation under Section 143(1).
It is an intimation about the processing of Return by Income tax department and not a order. Assessment order is issued U/s 143(3) after assessment is completed .
