Yes Sir, If the composite dealer voilates any of the conditions in the mid year, he shall opt out from the day he ceases to satisfy any condition.
As per composition Rules, Rule-4 (3) If a regd persons intends to opt out , he shall file an application before withdrawl.
Is it online possible or go to department for opt out from composition
