Opt out krte time hi medical certificate upload krna hai kya..... Opt out window me to option hi nhi hai
First Aadhaar card nd second self declaration ye 2 hi upload krne ka option Aa rha hai

Opt out krna hai to govt. Doctor ka hi chalega kya.... Private doctor se check up chl rha hai

It should be regstrd medical pratitioner.. not specified for pvt or gov !
