Opportunities for ICWA

If u want to go for job CWAs are having good scope. Scope is very less if u want to go for practice.

In the current market scenario role of CWAs are not only restricted to core costing fields, they have opportunities in accounts and finance also.

its tough to compare the merits and demirits. whether to go for  the course or not is totally based on your current situation. If u want to do CA, u hv to do articleship, in case of CWA also articleship is there but that is not restricted to the cost accountants firms only. you can do ur training in any industry mentioned by ICWAI. overall icwa is less time consuming and market demand is good...and its increasing day by day.

There are Indian corporate giants like Reliance equally offering such salaries to the ICWA pass outs," he said.
