Is there any board resolution for opening Corporate office in state other than registered office.
Is any information to be supplied to MCA for opening the Corporate office apart from registered office.

Opening of corporate office in different state

Companies Act only recognises registered office and not corporate office. Company can decide to have its corporate office anywhere. No need to intimate ROC for the same.
