Open book system in ca ?

Well I feel some changes can be made in exam pattern:

1. Objective type 200 Qus in 4 hrs (thats the international pattern to check conceptual understanding) for theory subjects.

2. Case based Qus for practical subjects covering tax+acc+Fin in the same case itself, since real life probs are always involves all the subjects simultineously. In such Qus books should be allowed.
