hi Boss,

there were no need to open a banl account at the place where registered offc or corporate offc is situated, it can b open at any place as desire, but must b opened with company name.

Agree with members no need to open a bank account where the registered office situated, for apply of IEC only a declaration in a specified form should be submitted.
