OPC meeting
can One person company conduct annual general meeting?

One Person Company is not required to hold its Annual General meeting as there is only one member in OPC
There is no scope of AGM in case of OPC, only two Board Meetings has to be conduct for each half year with a maximum gap of not less than 90 days, i.e 90 days or more gap has to be mandatory as per SS-1
