Quick Summary
A One Person Company (OPC) is generally not required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) because it only has one member. Instead of an AGM, OPCs must conduct two Board Meetings per half-year, with a mandatory minimum gap of 90 days between them, as per Secretarial Standard 1 (SS-1).
There is no scope of AGM in case of OPC, only two Board Meetings has to be conduct for each half year with a maximum gap of not less than 90 days, i.e 90 days or more gap has to be mandatory as per SS-1
