I have OPC private limited company den now I'm thinking to add another one director if add another one director can I change company AOA and MOA?

To appoint other director in opc, no need to alter/ change AOA or MOA
opc can appoint the same by passing a board resolution
obtain consent of the person in DIR2 form
the company shall file the resolution and DIR 2 form with in thirty days from date of appointment

a OPC may have up-to 15 directors & if you want Co wants to appoint more than 15 then special resolution is required
so, you need not alter the MOA or AOA
