Get the Padhuka`s book of that particular subject, if available, and just go through the RTP & past exams questions highligted in that book... Also try to adopt same format of answering..

Impress the examiners by ur confidence level which should depict from ur style of writing the answers

While writing anything.....treat examiner as ur friend and answer systematically and in nicely.

Don`t be in  tension at this last moment ...control any fear in mind and be calm and cool. Remember the ultimate soul - Paramaatma and say Hari Ommm...& definately he will be with u and guide u.

Appear for exam as if u are going to pass the exam in this attempt itself.

be through theory in costing and fm as it will fetch 30+ marks.... and aftr that 1st concentrate on some gaurantee chpters like process,oh,labour,operating,matrial.... and in fm funds flow and cash flow,working cap,cap budgeting...etc...

in income tax 1st get through cst, and then profits and gains, after that remaing heads of income... these chapters will fectch around 75 marks....

in nfotech plz go through all previous examinations questions... as they will fetch 80 marks...

accounts give the priority to amalgamations and xternel recostruction, partnership dissollution|( garner Vs murry and sale to company), braanch forign co.,single entry, banking co, cash flow statemens,...

auditing .... give prority to company audit 1&2--- 30 marks special audits,govt audits,edp audit-------20 marks, vouching and verification---- 10 marks, and from basics-----20marks

dont try to biheart the theory  just understand 1s and revise ince again before d exam... and for theory papers plz attempt 100 marks dont leave 1 question also all of d thing we have to do is to just manage our answers....

I assume that she appeared for both groups in previous attempts and of course after being well prepared herself.

These are my suggestions:

1.    Don’t refer any extra reference book, only read those books which she referred earlier.

2.    Forget the past disappointments, which only discourage.

3.    Start reading important chapters first, prepare schedule.

4.    The last but not the least “Take at least 6 Hours sleep….zzzzzzzz”

Further I can suggest her “One’s best success comes after his greatest disappointments” and “God doesn't require us to succeed; he only requires that you try”.

So tell her to try her best because “It is not how much she do, but how much love she put in the doing”

And on the point that “her family will not allow her to study further”, It has no relevance at least now because “Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up"

So keep trying till you achieve your goals.

make a time mangement plan & revised all the subject concern with time planning....so she is atleast 90% to be revised....

i think past 3-4 yrs suggested and rtps will be more than enough.... or she can go through compilations of all theory subject and refer her class notes for practical...

say her... dont take tension...

study with cool mind and with confidence

as she has already given 2 attempts she would be knowing better her weakness and her strength

my advice is this only that it dosnt matter how much she learn.... but it is most important that she learn it completely... i mean whether only 70 marks portion is prepared by her but she should b  sure of getting 70 out of it....

First concentrate on your favourate and liking subject. Let it get completed in 1or one and half day. Next best to Accounts and costing. Dont leave any question inthe exam, try to attempt all the questions with out any choice. Next to Auditing and tax with in 2 days, and rest of the preparation days with the theory subjects. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HARD WORK. Work hard and i assure you will pass in this attempt.
