I want to make an online TAN application of a company using net banking. The instructions given on the nsdl website suggests that only Director of the Company are authorised to make online payment. My question is whether a payment can me made from a different persons account?

you can use the bank accounts of company or any director through netbanking/ debit card or credit card of any director,
application based on 3rd party payments would be rejected.
Payment make from company Bank A/c or Directors Bank A/c only.
