1) While Forming a new LLP, Eform 7 has to be submitted online for getting the provisional DPIN. But the online eform facility is disabled, is there any way out ?. ( Customer care of MCA is not helping in this ) .
2) Weather we can file DIN 1 Form for DPIN also ? ( as it is mentioned that even though you have a DIN no. it is compulsary to get a DPIN no for LLP registration. )

Now Form DIN 1 is only filed for both. The DIN allotted can be used as both for 'DIN and DPIN'.
yes DIN 1 is required to be filed. DPIN/DIN is one of the same thing.
